Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or via WhatsApp) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form (cancellation form), but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the service (provision of access to the IPTV service) should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the provision of digital services if we have begun to perform the contract after you have

• expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract.

Since the access credentials for our IPTV services are usually provided immediately after receipt of payment, we point this out separately before the conclusion of the contract and obtain the required express consent and confirmation during the ordering process.
